A NEW SPORT, A NEW WAY TO LEARN
NinjaZone Academy classes — different from other sports
Child Centered, Differentiated Instruction:
Children come to our NinjaZone Academy locations with varying ability levels and strengths. Class size is small, (6:1 ratio) ensuring personalized instruction for each student at their level. Coaches break down skills so Ninjas walk away from class feeling successful and challenged.
Strategically Trained Coaches:
To maximize skill development and fun, our Coaches go through a rigorous interview and training process to guarantee the most successful experience for our Ninjas. Our Coaches are trained in both athletic precision strategies and research-based teaching techniques.
No Bench Time:
With much of the equipment on the floor in triplicate, students will never be standing around in class. Students spend their class time focused and playing hard – Ninjas are never left waiting.
Professional Athletic Training:
Instruction is comprised of organized, comprehensive, step by step, skill building strategies. Classes are designed to develop an athletic foundation that can transcend the Academy in a number of other sports.
This new sport draws on the foundations of athletics, kinesthetic learning, and early childhood education to create a baseline sport dedicated to early positive experiences. Developed by Olympic-level experts and early childhood education experts, the NinjaZone Academy locations are the premiere destination dedicated to the Ninja experience. Children can expect to learn:
Character values such a respect, grit, discipline, and self-responsibility.
The Rig! – State of the Art Equipment
At the NinjaZone Academy at Grand Park, our unique equipment, premium audio visual experience, and technologically-enhanced instruction make each Ninja class an adventure. Ninjas develop their skills, build confidence and create awesome and lasting memories at the Academy.
Mission Ceremonies: A mission ceremony is for the advancement of ninja boys or ninja girls to move up to the next headband level i.e.; white to yellow, yellow to green and green to blue.
When Ninjas are ready to move to the next level, trainers will fill out an “Invitation to Mission Card.” Missions will be scheduled on at least a monthly basis. At their mission, Ninjas will be evaluated on mastery of their skills and on The Creed.
The Ninja Games
Ninjas have the option to participate in invitational, regional, and national Ninja Games competitions throughout the year regulated by Ninja Sports International.
