ABOUT

When Casey Wright made the decision to transition out of coaching gymnastics, she looked at her gym’s recreational program, and wondered…where were the boys in gymnastics? When she started Ninja Gym®, she brought together the discipline from martial arts, the coordination from gymnastics, the strength and agility from obstacle training, and the creativity from freestyle movement. Tricking and hardcore sports were included in the class, to be discovered at the child’s own pace.

From there, the program exploded, and NinjaZone® was born. Casey realized she was training kids to have the athletic foundation to teach them how to be confident in their movements.

“I wanted it to have multiple components. We want to have a character component and an athletic component because we’re dealing with little kids and we want to support what the parents want, and that’s to raise good humans. It was now on us to help kids build grit and confidence. Gymnasts learn how to practice instinctual safety. Kids don’t realize how to protect their own body.” Ninja Sport is changing that.

While boys may have been the initial target market, NinjaZone® is now in over 250 gyms around the world, changing the lives of boys and girls alike.

NinjaZone® builds strong and confident kids, in a sport with no benches.
